Preparation：After receiving the delivery notice, according to the sales requirements, inquire in advance whether the tank has been cleaned, the concentration and quantity of ammonia water, the delivery unit, and the delivery time. Prepare the necessary equipment such as the unloading pipe pump in a timely manner, and contact the production personnel to confirm the sales requirements again. After confirming the accuracy, wear protective equipment and cooperate with the production platform personnel to connect the imported pipes, vacuum pipes, and grounding wires. When installing the vacuum tube, pay attention to the safety of getting on and off the roof, and when opening the cover, be careful to prevent ammonia gas from overflowing and injuring people.

Loading work：Observe the liquid level in the tank at all times during the loading process to avoid overloading. After reaching the liquid level, the production personnel should be notified promptly to stop the pump. When sampling after loading, pay attention to observing the wind direction and stand upwind. Cover the can lid promptly after taking the sample. Assist production personnel in dismantling pipelines and draining residual liquids. Close the bottom valve of the tank, seal the blind plug, and confirm safety before lifting the vehicle for weighing. During the loading process, it is strictly prohibited to leave your post without permission! It is strictly prohibited to close the valves on both sides of the pipeline without draining the liquid!

Transportation work：During transportation, Hengchang Group monitors in real-time 24 hours a day.

Unloading work：When unloading, contact customer personnel and laboratory technicians first, and wait for the laboratory test to be qualified before unloading. It is strictly prohibited to unload without authorization. When unloading, it is necessary to wear protective equipment, connect the pipeline, notify the customer personnel to open the valve, and turn on the pump for unloading. Accompanying personnel are strictly prohibited from operating equipment and machinery without authorization, and are strictly prohibited from leaving their posts without permission. During unloading, it is necessary to observe the liquid level in the customer's tank and the unloading pipeline in a timely manner, and promptly deal with any problems found. Until the unloading is complete, dismantle the pipeline.
