After the contract takes effect, we will promptly provide customers and other relevant departments with a complete set of detailed technical information, actively cooperate in the preparation work before product use, and if your company needs special technical support, Hengchang Group will send technical personnel to the site to provide technical support.

3. During the period when the product is put into use, Hengchang Group will send relevant technical personnel to the site to provide technical support services.

4. Hengchang Group has dedicated after-sales service and a 24-hour complaint hotline 400-0536-010,Handle customer complaints and technical support requests. After receiving customer complaints, Hengchang Group promises to arrive at the customer's site within 8 hours to handle the customer's complaints.

5. Hengchang Group will provide professional after-sales services to each customer on a regular basis. Hengchang Group stipulates that each customer should receive no less than 4 follow-up visits per year. The content includes conducting comprehensive inspections of the customer's equipment, pipelines, containers, and loading and unloading platforms under the guidance of technical engineers from Hengchang Group. If any equipment defects or hidden dangers are found, the customer will be promptly informed.
